2. Artwork & Presentation
• All paintings are sold unframed, unless a special request for framing has been made and confirmed in writing prior to purchase.
• Artwork colours and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Such variations are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payment
• All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required before any artwork is shipped or delivered.
4. Shipping Policy
• All shipping fees is charged to the buyer.
• International buyers are responsible for all shipping fees, customs charges, import duties, and taxes.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.
5. Shipping Damage & Risk
• All artworks are carefully packaged to minimize damage during transit.
• Once an artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the artist/studio is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur during shipping.
• Any claims for damaged or lost items must be made directly with the shipping provider.
6. Returns & Refunds
• All sales are final.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
• This includes changes of mind, dissatisfaction, or minor variations in colour, texture, or scale.
7. Copyright & Use of Artwork
• All artworks, images, and content displayed on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of the artist.
• No copying, reproduction, resale, distribution, or use of any artwork is permitted without explicit written consent.
• Prints, reproductions, or licensed use are only permitted if specifically purchased and formally arranged with the artist.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. Privacy Policy
• Personal information collected through this website (including name, email address, shipping address, and payment details) is used solely for order processing and communication.
• Your personal information will never be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties, except where required to complete payment or shipping.

• All commissioned or custom artworks are non-refundable once work has commenced.
